As a second-generation State Farm Agent, I am honored to carry on the legacy started by my father so many years ago. With over 28 years of experience in the insurance industry, I have the knowledge and experience to help you find the right insurance plan for your unique situation.

My team and I are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. We are always available to answer your questions, provide free quotes, and help you understand your insurance options. As a lifelong Black River Falls, WI resident, I am passionate about this community and love being involved wherever possible. I am a Black River Falls Chamber of Commerce member and the Black River Falls Lions Club. I have served on several other local committees, including the Black River Falls Athletic Boosters, Milt Lunda Memorial Arena Committee, Jackson County Fair Park Committee, and the Black River Falls Figure Skating Club, to name a few.

I joined the State Farm - Karen Stai Koenigs Agency in 2005 and worked for three years before taking a few years off to take care of my family.  I re-joined the Agency in 2012.  I have lived in Black River Falls for the last 25 years with my husband, Kevin, and my three children, Makenna, Aubrey, and Peyton.  I enjoy spending time with my family, our two dogs, and friends as well as spending time outdoors, crafting, and watching TV & movies.  I enjoy working with our customers and getting to know them.  I am here to inform, help, and take care of our customers with all of their auto and fire insurance needs.
